Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) will be an added advantage.
  3. Minimum 1 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or a similar role.
  4. Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
  5. Experience working with ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, or Sales & Distribution.
  6. Understanding of business processes and the ability to map business needs to ERP solutions.
  7. Understanding in at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc).
  8. Ability to conduct needs analysis, system configuration, and testing.
  9. Understanding of system integration basics and interfaces between ERP and other systems.
  10. Ability to create technical and functional documentation.
  11. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  13. Time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines.
  14. Team collaboration and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  15. Presentation and training skills to support system adoption by end-users.
