We are currently look for an Executive Chef who is passionate and full of creativity for one of our hotel in Jakarta, to lead F&B Production and to ensure highest level of quality, standards and to keep the kitchen operations to run smoothly.

Requirements
- A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in leading F&B Production, ideally in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment
- Ability to develop innovative menus and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and international cuisines.
- Strong management abilities with experience leading and developing kitchen staff.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to analyse food costs and adjust menus to ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety practices.
