Responsibilities
- Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengawasi Sales Strategy di semua platform marketplace untuk mencapai target pendapatan.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Memantau dan mengoptimalkan promotional budgets and advertising to increase ROI
- Melakukan planning & analisa promosi bulanan: double date, payday dan reguler.
- Membuat & Evaluasi KPI seluruh Sales Team.
- Berkordinasi dengan RM Marketplace untuk peningkatan sales & traffic
- Membuat Target Live Streaming dan Maintain Host Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, especially in marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Memiliki pemahaman digital marketing strategies, including marketplace ads and SEO.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and results-oriented.
