Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and networking.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a high conversion rate from prospects to clients.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify potential business partners, organizations, and influencers that align with the institute’s mission and goals.
- Negotiate and establish partnership agreements that promote collaboration, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring successful implementation of joint initiatives and maximizing the value of each partnership.
- Collaboration & Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and workshops in collaboration with partners to attract and engage prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-branded content, promotions, and campaigns with partners.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the institute and forge new connections.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team to refine marketing strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and partnership initiatives, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event marketing and coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box.
- Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
- Understanding of ATL marketing and ability to analyze suitable locations.
- Basic knowledge of internet and social media marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to provide detailed event briefings to the team and assigned personnel.
- Analytical skills to assess and optimize marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with referral program concepts and implementation strategies.
