Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields from a reputable university.

  • Strong understanding of HR analytics, talent mapping, and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver insights effectively to clients.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting reports or insights to executive-level stakeholders.
