  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibilities

  • To ensure excellent service is delivered to customer
  • Provide consultancy on every aspects of travel requirement i.e. document and visa arrangement, insurance policy, etc. which comply to travel policy
  • Provide suitable recommendations of routing and ticketing to clients with best buy policy
  • Reply to all messages and queries within the given time frame
  • Build and maintain good client relationships
  • Keep up to date the supplier’s promo rate on file and ensure filing is auctioned and filed correctly/ neatly

Qualifications

Experience & education:
  • Experience
  • Minimum of diploma degree of Tourism
  • 1-2 years experience in similar position, fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
  • Languages
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
  • Certified on Sabre / Amadeus is compulsory
  • Ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures
  • Attentive to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills
