  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Analyze data and feedback to determine organizational development priorities and action plans.
  • Assist in analyzing data using spreadsheets or database software to identify trends and insights relevant to OD initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication between different departments or teams involved in OD projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology, human resource, business administration, or other related major.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with quantitative analysis related to compensation and rewards.
  • Capability to identify issues related to compensation and organizational development and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and with various levels of an organization.
