Job Description

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overseeing all infrastructure in non-production areas, including offices, restrooms, drainage systems, wastewater treatment (IPAL), and other public spaces, while ensuring excellent service to support the company's operational activities.

Requirement

  1. Minimum education of a Diploma 3 (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Coordinator, Building Maintenance, Or Facility Coordinator.
  3. Understanding of business processes,facility , and service management.
  4. Able to think conceptually, logically, analytically, and with attention to detail.
  5. Possess good leadership skills.
  6. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Willing to be placed at Rancaekek plant.
