Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Workforce Planning:

  • Forecast future hiring needs in line with business goals
  • Guide organizational design and restructuring initiatives

2. Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Develop competitive, fair compensation structures and benefits packages
  • Regularly benchmark salary scales to ensure market competitiveness

3. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Identify high-potential employees and create career pathing
  • Oversee leadership development and ensure a robust pipeline for key positions

4. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Implement HRIS tools for data collection and reporting
  • Turn insights into actionable HR strategies that support business goals

5. Compliance & Risk Mitigation

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations
  • Identify potential HR risks and take proactive measures to address them

6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Conduct engagement surveys and act on findings
  • Implement initiatives to boost morale, reduce turnover, and improve productivity

7. Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations at executive meetings

8. Policy Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and standardize HR policies for consistency and clarity
  • Continuously refine HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews)
