Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives by leading several departments such as Talent Acquisition, Assessment & Development, Remuneration, and Organization Development.
- Implementing HR policies and report directly to HR Director.
- Oversee the HR department budget, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources effectively.
- Track key HR metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management on workforce trends and performance.
Qualification:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field
- Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse HR team.
