Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accounting professional located in Bali, Indonesia. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to financial planning, analytical skills, finance, financial reporting, and communication.
Requirements :
- Balance Sheet Management: Maintain an accurate representation of the company's financial position, ensuring all assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity are properly accounted for.
- Income Statement Preparation: Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly income statements that reflect the company's operational performance.
- Accounts Receivable Oversight: Manage incoming cash flow by tracking invoices and payments from clients, ensuring timely collection.
- Accounts Payable Coordination: Handle obligations to suppliers, lenders, and creditors with precision, scheduling payments according to cash flow.
- Cash on Hand Reports: Keep a precise record of liquid assets available for the immediate needs of the business.
- Expense Report Processing: Review and verify expense reports, ensuring alignment with company policies before issuing reimbursements.
- Monthly Budget Administration: Assist in preparing and maintaining the company's budget, monitoring actual vs. planned expenses regularly.
- Cash Forecasting: Project future cash flow based on historical data, current trends, and expected income and expenses.
- Contract Management: Oversee financial aspects of contracts to ensure compliance and optimal financial terms.
- Records and Archives Maintenance: Ensure all financial documents and records are securely stored and easily retrievable for audits or reference.
- Cloud Based Accounting Proficiency: Utilize platform (Quickbooks, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics) for accurate bookkeeping and financial analysis.
- Purchasing Processes: Work closely with procurement to oversee purchasing actions, ensuring alignment with budget and financial procedures.
- Inventory Accountability: Keep accurate records of inventory, reconciling any discrepancies and reporting changes affecting the financial statements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliations of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Job Costing Analysis: Calculate and analyze costs related to specific jobs or projects to aid in pricing and budgeting decisions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Min. 5 Years experience in Financial Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel and many other related)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to work in Bali
- English reading and writing skills at high level (business professional)
