About the role

As a Sales Engineer (Code: SE) at PT Monier', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success in the Bali region. This full-time position will see you responsible for providing expert sales and technical support to our valued customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality products and services. Based in Denpasar, Bali, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Job Description :

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your territory
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers, helping them select the most suitable products and services
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring targets are met
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing their accounts and addressing any issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development
  • Accurately documenting all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, sales or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the construction/building materials industry
  • Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers at all levels
  • Have an A Driving License
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
