OmniRaise is a new Marketing and Fundraising Agency serving the Non-Government /charity sector and specialising in face to face & phone marketing. We work across South East Asian and East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia). With more markets to come over the next 12 – 18 months. Due to our rapid growth in the last 2 years we need to expand our management team. We are looking for an experienced/hands on Admin & Recruitment Officer to join our Indonesia team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration Task
- Working closely with sales team and creating weekly and monthly sales reports to show progress of each campaign.
- Update and maintain data in our internal database.
- Coordinate appointments, schedule, and bookings.
- Support Sales, HR, and Operation Team daily.
- This job description covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from staff. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.
Recruitment
- Manage end to end recruitment process e.g. advertising, tracking and scheduling of candidate, first line screening, managing interview schedules, etc.
- Manage and conduct interviews
- Weekly reporting on activity and target vs actual achievements
- Perform pre-employment checks
- Assist in offboarding and onboarding process
- Providing job offers, drafting contracts and conducting contract briefing sessions
- Assist in contract signing
- Assisting in the onboarding process (Arranging for new joiners 1st day induction, welcome kit, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative business, human resources or related field.
- Minimum experience 2-3 years of working experience in Admin and Recruitment functions.
- Computer literacy is necessary.
- Willing to work hard and under pressure.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Highly responsible and motivated.
