Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve SME Bureau's annual revenue target of $400k by 2025.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market needs and align product offerings with industry trends and demands.
  • Drive the development and optimization of credit assessment tools, reporting features, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Continuously enhance the SME Bureau platform to cater to the evolving needs of SMEs and financial institutions.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, fintech companies, and financial service providers.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts to grow the user base.
  • Define performance goals and KPIs for the SME Bureau, overseeing daily operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements as required.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 50 staff members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on complex challenges and support team members in achieving their career goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Identify and address risks related to data security, user privacy, and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the financial services, fintech, or SME sector.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, product management, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment tools, data analytics, and SME financial needs.
  • Proficiency in managing product lifecycles and driving platform enhancements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and risk management practices in financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams (50+ members).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving mindset.
