Job Description
- Build relationship with potential borrower.
- Experience of credit process.
- Bring new borrower leads.
- Lead team in digital sales activity.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing B2B new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and strong interpersonal communication skill.
- Generate Hot Leads B2B and UMKM.
Qualification
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Min. 3 years experience.
- Strong capability in market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Proven selling skills with the ability to build relationships, drive sales, and close deals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of credit principles, products, and processes, particularly in relation to business development.
