Job Description

  • Build relationship with potential borrower.
  • Experience of credit process.
  • Bring new borrower leads.
  • Lead team in digital sales activity.
  • Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing B2B new business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and strong interpersonal communication skill.
  • Generate Hot Leads B2B and UMKM.

Qualification

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Min. 3 years experience.
  • Strong capability in market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Proven selling skills with the ability to build relationships, drive sales, and close deals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of credit principles, products, and processes, particularly in relation to business development.
