Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media content for multiple clients across diverse fields and industries.
- Maintain proficiency and up-to-date knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Ensure a consistent posting schedule across all client accounts, resolving any issues in collaboration with the team.
- Suggest video content ideas for clients in various industries
- Assist in scriptwriting for social media video content (short form and long form)
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative content ideas that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with strategy team to create weekly email newsletter
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
- Willingness to work in United States hours.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple social media platforms with a professional approach.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English both in writing and speaking.
- Exhibits strong moral character, a hard-working attitude, and a team-oriented approach.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool) is considered a big plus.
- Strong knowledge in prompt engineering for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that meets strategic goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation (per month):
- Base: $450 - $700 USD
