  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop API or backend software services, using Python, with various data stores such as relational database (MySQL) and cloud storage (AWS S3).
  • Understand front end web portal development process and technologies, so that you can provide optimal API to support the front end development.
  • Develop script to provision and monitor cloud environment required to host the application.
  • Develop unit tests.
  • Develop CICD pipeline and deployment automation.
  • If you have enough experience to apply for Senior/Tech Lead level position, the candidate is required to do technical design or solution architecture, and overseeing task assignment to junior engineers.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science or software engineering, or relevant job experience.
  • Minimum 7 years’ firsthand experience developing software using Python and web frameworks.
  • Good understanding of database programming using MySQL.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as responsive design and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud or Container services such as Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with git and CICD pipeline.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and building innovative products.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Great collaborator.
