Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (check!)

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on FMCG or Beauty industries (you've got the know-how!)

* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (you're a walking encyclopedia of Indonesian labor laws!)

* Fluency in English is mandatory (no problem, you're fluent and fabulous!)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization (you're a people person, for sure!)

* Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and managing union relationships (you've got the skills to pay the bills!)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities (multitasking master, activate!)
