Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals and how Katalis AI’s solutions can support them.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and technical teams) to coordinate the delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Account Growth & Strategy:
- Help the client succeed at marketplaces by strategizing and executing organic optimisation, clearing access for new clients and constantly reviewing client performance to take up with marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Katalis AI’s products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with client goals and Katalis AI’s business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports to support account management and business development activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention rates.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities, and present these to senior management.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure clients receive actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Quickly and effectively resolve any client issues or concerns that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to their business operations.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to prevent issues from escalating.
Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including E-Commerce Performance Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Knowledgeable about e-commerce practices and trends.
- Internet-savvy and comfortable leveraging online tools for insights and performance tracking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in the e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with AI-based marketing solutions and tools.
