Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development (Lead & durect annual HR strategy & execution plan to support business groth objectives)
- Develop & initiate Employer branding & maximize effective recruitment process and tools for effective talent attraction & acquisition at business needs
- Lead & manage compensation & benefits effectively for talent attraction & retention
- Initiate & lead the organizational talent development & culture engagement to support biz growth plans
- Initiate, develop & manage training & development activities to build qualified workforce
- Lead & manage employee relation activities/ programs to ensure good working environment, enhancing employees’ active engagement
- Manage day- to- day administration operations to ensure office administration needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
- Coordinate with HR Region for leading & managing the regional initiatives and projects delivered at local affiliate at expected results & timeline.
