Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development (Lead & durect annual HR strategy & execution plan to support business groth objectives)
  2. Develop & initiate Employer branding & maximize effective recruitment process and tools for effective talent attraction & acquisition at business needs
  3. Lead & manage compensation & benefits effectively for talent attraction & retention
  4. Initiate & lead the organizational talent development & culture engagement to support biz growth plans
  5. Initiate, develop & manage training & development activities to build qualified workforce
  6. Lead & manage employee relation activities/ programs to ensure good working environment, enhancing employees’ active engagement
  7. Manage day- to- day administration operations to ensure office administration needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
  8. Coordinate with HR Region for leading & managing the regional initiatives and projects delivered at local affiliate at expected results & timeline.
