The Vendor & Contract Management Intern ("Admin") is responsible for the administrative works of Vendor Management & Contract Management, Documents Tracker & Archiving to help the operational business of the Company.

About The Role
The Vendor & Contract Management Intern ("Admin") is responsible for the administrative works of Vendor Management & Contract Management, Documents Tracker & Archiving to help the operational business of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor & Contract Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration
- Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for Vendor documents requirement, all of type of agreement
- Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end Vendor & Contract Management Daily Roles
- Minimum Diploma 3 in any major
- No Minimum of years of experience as an Officer or Admin Vendor & Contract Management
- MS Office mastery, familiar with Agreement (PKS)/NDA/Addendum
- Preferably have excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation
- Teamwork player
- Able to understand stakeholder needs, analyze their needs and be a solution-oriented person
- Eager to learn new things and challenge
- Details oriented
