  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a premium building materials company seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based in the Cikande area.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of production machinery and supporting equipment.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and analysis of the operational performance of production and support machinery.
  • Conduct daily reviews of all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the execution of maintenance tasks (Total Productive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance).
  • Maintain departmental technical measuring instruments.
  • Develop work schedules for the technician team to support the implementation of internal projects.
  • Analyze recurring failures and identify improvements to machine component designs and specifications.
  • Coordinate and implement production improvement activities.
  • Provide education and knowledge related to improvement to relevant parties within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum S1, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electrotechnical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiar with Autocad, PLC, and SCADA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have good eyesight.
