KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Service Delivery Management

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure meet business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Performance monitoring with evaluate and make adjustments to IT services regularly.

2) Incident and Problem Management

  • Manage and resolve IT incidents quickly to minimize business impact
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence

3) Perform monthly report for customer on the state of IT Services and any lingering problems and improvement.

4) Risk management with identifying and reducing the risk related to changes and IT services.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in IT service management.
  • Strong problem-solving with provide workable and efficient solution.
  • Analytical abilities to create and keep an eye on KPIs or key performance indicators.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance service, collect and responds to costumer input.

  • Technical proficiency has a solid grasp of IT infrastructure and IT security.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
