  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee customs clearance for import and export products.
  2. Ensure accurate classification and valuation of goods for tariffs and taxes.
  3. Collaborate with the supply chain team to plan for import/export needs.
  4. Prepare and review import/export documents, such as invoices, certificates of origin, etc
  5. Keep detailed records of customs declarations and tax payments.
  6. Coordinate with logistics agents for clearance and transportation.
  7. Fully understand and stay updated on import and export regulations to/from Indonesia.
  8. Visit governmental bodies as necessary to facilitate and expedite processes.
  9. Maintain competitive pricing for clearance and logistics costs.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in customs, trade compliance, or EXIM operations.
  3. Fluency in Bahasa, English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
  4. Strong understanding of customs procedures, international trade laws, and tax regulations.
