Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed re-inspections of mobile phones to verify their condition and identify overlooked hardware or software issues, ensuring accuracy in initial assessments.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify performance issues and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems.
  • Perform high-quality repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and motherboard fixes, while adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Test repaired devices to ensure full functionality and certify their readiness for sale, meeting company quality benchmarks.
  • Guideline Development & Training: Develop clear inspection and testing standards for store employees, conduct training sessions, and continuously update protocols based on device trends.
  • Provide technical advice to customers and collaborate with customer service teams to resolve complex issues requiring technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, diagnostics, or related roles.
  • Expertise in repairing various mobile brands, especially iPhones (iOS).
  • Deep technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems.
  • Proficiency with repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Certification in mobile phone repair or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
