- Test repaired devices to ensure full functionality and certify their readiness for sale, meeting company quality benchmarks.
- Guideline Development & Training: Develop clear inspection and testing standards for store employees, conduct training sessions, and continuously update protocols based on device trends.
- Provide technical advice to customers and collaborate with customer service teams to resolve complex issues requiring technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair, diagnostics, or related roles.
- Expertise in repairing various mobile brands, especially iPhones (iOS).
- Deep technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems.
- Proficiency with repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Certification in mobile phone repair or related fields.
- Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
