We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to drive business initiatives.
  • Track and analyze business performance using KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments (Esports)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and close deals with clients or partners.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work with teams and meet targets within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
