Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting, Tax & Administration Staff to support our financial and administrative operations. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship or freelance experience is a plus).

3. Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, VAT, etc.) and basic accounting principles.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

7. Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently.

8. Good communication skills and the ability to report financial data clearly.

9. Experience in handling office administration is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (PPH, VAT, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with tax offices and government institutions when necessary.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of financial statements and transactions.
  • Manage general office administration tasks, such as document filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and government offices when needed.
  • Help manage company correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
