Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up annual target of technical training, technical support and quality management and lead the team to achieve it, and ensure business operation (KPI follow up, payments, etc.).
  2. Responsible for the development and management of after-sales technical training course ware and maintenance videos according to the new vehicle launching plan.
  3. Set up technical support process, quality management process and internal working process.
  4. Responsible for technical consultation, technical support (remote & on-site) work;
  5. Responsible for the service manual, maintenance technical data production and release, technical notice, technical working instruction, maintenance case preparation;
  6. Responsible for the technical support system optimization and Propose improvement directions based on the business.
  7. Responsible for management and training of special tools and equipment for vehicle
  8. Assisted in claims and CRM business.

Qualifications:

  • Have 5 years+ working experience in the after-sales in automotive company.
  • Areas of experience 4 wheeler passenger car repairing, technical support and quality.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • English can be used as a working language.
