The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and general affairs to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment. Qualifications
- Willing to work in Sidoarjo
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, People Development, Compensation and Benefit.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
