Job Description
- Identifying and selecting the best vendors to meet the organization’s needs, and ensuring that they are properly onboarded.
- Conduct assignments and withdrawal for collection vendor
- Ensure the assignment logic to each vendor according to the strategy
- Collecting and analyzing vendor data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings.
- Conduct monitoring to each vendor to maintain & improve in terms of performance, productivity and other KPI’s.
- Developing and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors to enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1+ years of experience managing vendor/third party
- Excellent communication
- Understanding of performance evaluation procedures
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
