Job Description

  • Identifying and selecting the best vendors to meet the organization’s needs, and ensuring that they are properly onboarded.
  • Conduct assignments and withdrawal for collection vendor
  • Ensure the assignment logic to each vendor according to the strategy
  • Collecting and analyzing vendor data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings.
  • Conduct monitoring to each vendor to maintain & improve in terms of performance, productivity and other KPI’s.
  • Developing and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1+ years of experience managing vendor/third party
  • Excellent communication
  • Understanding of performance evaluation procedures
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Work attitude and commitment: Accountability, Prioritization, Perseverance
  • Can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
