Description
- As an Account Executive, you will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects as well as maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Your target clients will comprise of local and international.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle.
- Develop your annual and quarterly business plan with Sales Manager/ Senior Management.
- Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
- Organize online and offline events.
- Run qualification calls with prospects (C-Level executives and department leaders) that have shown interest in Nurosoft products.
- Schedule and run online or in-person product demo with Pre-Sales / Sr. Business Analyst.
- Prepare proposals.
- Close deals with new and existing customers at or above target.
Specification
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening).
- Passion for software products and technology.
- 1 year of B2B closing sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with speaking engagement and meeting new people.
- Fast learner.
- Goal oriented with track record of being a high performer.
Nice To Have
- Professional in Japan, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge in Odoo is a plus.
- Experience selling ERP or CRM product is a plus.
