Description

  • As an Account Executive, you will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects as well as maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Your target clients will comprise of local and international.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle.
  • Develop your annual and quarterly business plan with Sales Manager/ Senior Management.
  • Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Organize online and offline events.
  • Run qualification calls with prospects (C-Level executives and department leaders) that have shown interest in Nurosoft products.
  • Schedule and run online or in-person product demo with Pre-Sales / Sr. Business Analyst.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Close deals with new and existing customers at or above target.

Specification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening).
  • Passion for software products and technology.
  • 1 year of B2B closing sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with speaking engagement and meeting new people.
  • Fast learner.
  • Goal oriented with track record of being a high performer.

Nice To Have

  • Professional in Japan, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge in Odoo is a plus.
  • Experience selling ERP or CRM product is a plus.
