We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies for a newly established F&B brand(s) within our portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, Indonesian market trends, and the ability to create innovative concepts that resonate with target audiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing communications, analytical thinking, and a passion for the F&B industry

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies for the new F&B brand, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Create a unique brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Market Research & Consumer Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth research on Indonesian consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Stay updated on F&B industry trends, including dining preferences, lifestyle shifts, and emerging concepts.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, PR, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Concept Creation:

  • Develop innovative F&B concepts, including menu ideas, restaurant themes, and customer experiences that align with the brand’s identity and target audience.
  • Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of branding concepts.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, media, and other brands to amplify the brand’s presence in the market.
  • Organize and manage events, pop-ups, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of branding and marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track key metrics such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful branding strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian F&B market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Preferably experience working with or for well-known F&B brands/ groups
  • Knowledge of food trends, culinary arts, and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
