Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating new leads, managing and developing relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be responsible for creating sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Selling IT Solutions such as IT Infrastructure Solutions and Software Solutions to customers
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned customers and maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
- Generate new opportunity and getting increased more opportunity from customers
- Responsible to provide customer satisfaction and revenue numbers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3+ years experience as a good Sales Representative in IT Industry
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
