Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager role based in Solo - Sragen, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. They will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
