Job Description:

  1. Develop long-term and short-term Human Capital strategies that support the company's business growth.
  2. Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process for strategic and executive positions.
  3. Ensure the effectiveness of Talent Development and Leadership Development programs.
  4. Develop and manage measurable and fair performance appraisal systems.
  5. Design and manage a competitive remuneration structure in line with market standards and applicable regulations.
  6. Design and implement Employee Engagement programs.
  7. Ensure that all Human Capital policies comply with labor laws and government regulations.
  8. Lead digital transformation initiatives in Human Capital to improve process efficiency.
  9. Lead the organizational change management process related to strategic Human Capital initiatives.
  10. Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors, internal and external stakeholders regarding the Human Capital function.

Job Qualification:

  1. At least 15 years of experience in the Human Capital area.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Human Capital Manager.
  3. At least 2 years in the position of Division Head of Human Capital or equivalent.
  4. Preferably with experience in the insurance industry, especially life insurance.
  5. In-depth knowledge of business processes in Human Capital.
  6. Understanding of the implementation of applicable Labor Laws.
  7. Understanding of regulations from regulators related to staffing (POJK).
  8. Knowledge of the remuneration system applicable in Indonesia.
  9. In-depth knowledge of business processes in the life insurance industry.
