Job Title: Field Stakeholders Relations Officer

The Field Stakeholders Relations Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing and assisting with community and stakeholder issues related to the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) activities of Sakakemang Development Project. This position is responsible for ensuring effective communication and engagement with local communities, government entities, and SKK Migas Sumbagsel as required by the Stakeholders Relations Department (SRD) Team.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities affected by the Sakakemang Development Project.
  2. Address and resolve community issues and concerns raised by stakeholders especially related to EPC activities (grievance mechanism).
  3. Facilitate community meetings and workshops to ensure transparent communication and gather feedback
  4. Under coordination with SRD Team, engage and maintain positive relationships with local government entities, Camat, SKK Migas, community representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
  5. Oversee the EPC contractor's community engagement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  6. Provide guidance and support to the EPC contractor in addressing stakeholder issues effectively.
  7. Identify potential social risks and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate stakeholder concerns.
  8. Prepare regular reports on community and stakeholder engagement activities, issues, and resolutions
  9. Maintain accurate records of interactions with stakeholders, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and action items.
  10. Work closely with the SRD Team in Jakarta to ensure alignment of stakeholder engagement efforts and project goals.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or a similar role, preferably in the energy, mining or construction sector and in South Sumatera area.
  2. Proven experience working with local government and regulatory bodies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Adaptability to changing environments and stakeholder needs.
