Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support technical problem solving in the dealer.
  • Handling customer escalation complaints from dealer or VIP customers and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Fix rate in the first time service control.
  • Vehicle overnight (VOR) service control.
  • Product liability (Accident, Thermal incident and other analysis).
  • Report quality issues in the market (Domestic and Export) to Quality team in the Plant.
  • Provide technical training for dealer technician in all level (Basic, Intermediate, Specialist)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 3+ years in automotive technical support, service, or quality assurance.
  • Possess good communication skills with strong English skill.
