About the role
Join the dynamic team at Dana Pensiun Pegadaian as a Property Staff. As a Property Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties, contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of assigned residential properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring lease compliance.
- Maintain accurate property records and financial documentation.
- Optimize (find tenants or buyers) land assets, land and buildings owned by the company.
- Responsible in negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
- Conduct a review of the purchase plan for land and building assets.
- Maintain a list of prospective buyers and keep client information updated.
- Responsible for reports on the results of investments that have been managed.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with other departments to implement credible corporate governance.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager or Management.
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree minimum GPA 2.75 from a State University and 3.00 from Private University.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of regulations and landlord-tenant policies.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants and contractors.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented approach and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Accustomed to working with targets.
- Proactive and has high initiative.
