Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Analyze data to monitor volume performance, parcel flow, and shipment processes, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Oversee shipments from inbound to delivery, resolving issues promptly and meeting operational KPIs.
- Provide feedback and insights on account performance, including actionable suggestions to achieve business goals.
- Handle low to medium-risk projects, focusing on process improvements and enhanced client servicing.
- Collaborate with the Head of Retail on additional tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Project Management, or Client Coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
