Job Description:
- Manage and ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within the CRM system
- Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that improve sales performance and organizational KPIs
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including deals created and the average deal cycle
- Implement and oversee CRM system enhancements
- Prepare for and support pre-deal meetings by providing data-driven insights and customer profiles
- Train sales and support teams on CRM best practices and system usage
- Produce detailed reports on CRM performance, insights generated, and improvement initiatives
- Identify and research potential customers to build a pipeline of qualified leads by utilizing various channels, including online research, social media platforms, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in information technology or related degree
- Have 1 - 3 years of experience in related field
- Familiar with CRM Platform (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Have experience using data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Zoho Analytics, Power Point)
- Have a good critical thinking and problem solving
- Have the familiarity to analyze data and give insight through data analysis process
- Willing to relocate within the company as needed
