  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent at AGATA Hospitality Management located in Denpasar. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for reservations, communication, and customer service duties on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Reservations, Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of property management software is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
