What You’ll Do
Product Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of Stanley & Britools products, from market research and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Develop product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Identify product gaps and propose innovations to expand the portfolio.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Define the unique selling propositions (USPs), pricing strategies, and product positioning for both brands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns to boost brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product training and create sales tools for the sales team and distributors.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor product performance metrics, including market share, sales growth, and customer feedback, to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on global innovations and best practices within the power tools and hand tools industry.
Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand challenges, provide product support, and drive sales effectiveness.
- Organize product demonstrations, events, and trade shows to engage potential customers and showcase product benefits.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, R&D, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts to enhance product availability and visibility in the market.

Educational Background & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably 3 years of experience in the power tools, hand tools, or hardware industry.
Proven track record in managing multiple product lines and launching successful campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
Solid understanding of the power tools and hand tools market, including competitor brands.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product vision and strategies.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Personal Attributes:
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience working with global or regional teams in a multinational organization.
Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and distribution networks.
Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Points, and SAP.
