Role of Finance Staff

This is a role for a Finance Staff at Kindi PR & Strategic Communication Consulting in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role requires the candidate to work from the office. The Finance Staff will manage financial records, oversee budgeting and cash flow management, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The role also involves internal and external financial reporting and contributing to the organization’s financial planning and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, budget management, and cash flow tracking.
• Manage the entire accounting cycle, from journal entries to final reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper alignment of financial transactions.
• Assist in creating and managing budgets and providing regular budget utilization updates.
• Handle taxation matters, including PPN, PPh, and other relevant tax requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings accurately and on time.
• Financial Tools: Utilize financial software and Microsoft Excel to manage data effectively and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Strong understanding of the accounting cycle and financial management principles.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash flow management processes.
• Familiarity with tax regulations (e.g., PPN, PPh) and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and financial software for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting-related roles.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
