I - Job description:
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Supervise inbound, outbound, and storage processes in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Monitor & maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure customer demand is met without overstocking.
- Verify & update inventory data regularly in the ERP/WMS/SAP system.
- Oversee periodic stocktaking to ensure actual stock matches system records.
2. Transportation & Distribution Coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, optimizing transportation costs.
- Work with logistics service providers to guarantee service quality and delivery timelines.
- Track order status & quickly resolve any issues arising during transportation.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to ensure cost-effectiveness.
3. Supply Planning & Demand Forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales & Planning teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Evaluate sales data and market trends to make accurate supply chain decisions.
- Proactively propose solutions to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
4. Process Supervision & Optimization
- Develop & monitor warehouse and transportation processes, ensuring compliance with quality & safety standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend digitalization and technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
5. Team Management & Development
- Lead, train & support team members in daily operations.
- Evaluate employee performance and propose training programs for skill improvement.
- Foster motivation and create a productive work environment to ensure optimal team performance.
II - Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food, retail, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership & team management skills to drive performance.
- Data analysis & process optimization skills.
- Demand planning & forecasting capabilities.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP, WMS, TMS, SAP) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under high pressure and handle operational issues efficiently.
