We are seeking a motivated and strategic thinker CRM Intern to join our dynamic BD team. The CRM Intern will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement CRM campaign to enhance customer engagement and retention using CRM tools (MoEngage, and others).
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to improve retention campaign.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to optimize campaign retention.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, WA Blast, and push notification.
• Identify and segment target audiences for effective customer outreach and engagement.
Requirements:
• Have work experience as a CRM intern or similar role (preferred)
• Proficient in CRM and email marketing tools (experience in MoEngage is poin plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and tactics
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management
