We’re looking for a motivated Content Specialist Intern to join our team remotely and gain hands-on experience in creating visually compelling content that resonates with our audience across all our brands.

Role Overview

As a Content Specialist Intern, you will assist in creating and managing content across various platforms, particularly LinkedIn, using Generative AI tools for video creation and editing, Canva for presentations, and other creative tools. Your primary responsibility will be to help produce 14 posts over 5 days, utilizing formats such as videos, carousels, and images to drive engagement and brand awareness for GRIT AI and its associated brands.

A key part of this role includes daily reporting in a group channel to confirm task completion (e.g., “Done posting for [Brand Name] – [Post Type]”). Additionally, you will participate in weekly online meetings to present progress, share insights, and align on upcoming content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing content strategies for LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring alignment with the goals of GRIT AI, Talindo, HR Offshoring, UpGRIT, and Recruitment Institutes.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to create, edit, and reproduce high-quality videos tailored to each brand’s identity.
  • Design visually appealing presentations and graphics using Canva for various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Help create 14 posts over 5 days, incorporating a mix of videos, carousels, and images for each brand.
  • Provide mandatory daily reporting in a group channel to confirm task completion (e.g., “Done posting for [Brand Name] – [Post Type]”).
  • Participate in weekly online meetings to report on progress, share performance insights, and discuss upcoming content plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams across all brands to ensure content is on-brand and optimized for engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in content creation, AI tools, and social media best practices.
  • Assist in analyzing content performance and providing insights for continuous improvement across all brands.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI tools for video creation and editing.
  • Familiarity with Canva for designing presentations and graphics.
  • Interest in LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with additional creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
