About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to join our team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing tax matters. You will also help establish financial systems for our newly formed company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all finance, accounting, and tax operations.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
  • Set up and implement accounting and financial systems for a new company.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles.
  • Proven experience in setting up financial operations for a new company.
  • Background in technology startups is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, IFRS, and PSAK.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta.
