Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as the Head / Director of Sales (Event Management Company) at MCI Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves overseeing sales initiatives, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, leading a sales team, and fostering client relationships within the events industry.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the event management or related industry with a world-class portfolio of work and list of clienteles
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results, manage a sales team, and build strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of event industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English
