  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Palembang. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR management, policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related tasks. Some work from home is acceptable for this position.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits skills
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
