Sales Marketing Manager
Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud, a luxury villa resort nestled in the heart of Tegallalang, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Lead sales efforts for exhibitions, travel shows, and luxury hospitality events.
- Manage and optimize OTA & e-commerce strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, and paid advertising.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to position Khastana Hadi Resort effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong sales database within the luxury hospitality sector.
Deep understanding of Ubud and the luxury travel market.
Proven experience in exhibitions and travel show expos.
Expertise in OTA and e-commerce management.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
